ABOUT FORTIS TRAINING
Fortis Training delivers online strength & conditioning programmes to athletes of all levels and training abilities to help them achieve their true athletic and sporting potential.
This is achieved through simple, effective & easy-to-follow training plans which are suited to the level and training history of the athlete.
With nearly 10 years of experience working with and supporting international sportsmen & women through to promising youth athletes, I have been able to develop a simple system to improve physical performance which underpins sporting success.
There is no example where it is not beneficial to be stronger/faster/more powerful or more robust. As the level of sport increases, so too does the need to perform at a higher intensity.
Nor is there any worse feeling than being sat on the sidelines having to rehab an injury which may have been prevented through a robust and comprehensive S&C plan.

Fortis Training was set up in 2017 with the aim to help sportsmen & women improve. Whether this is taking your performance to the next level, or helping you rebuild following injury, I want you to enjoy sport. The philosophy is simple: 'What will make you better?'
From nearly 10 years of experience, I have tried and tested a variety of programmes to help put together something that works. Too often, programmes are designed to make you look like a Ferrari and run like an old banger, inevitably breaking down with injury and missing out on the sport you love.
